- DIALER COMPLIANCE - The Espresso Agent Dialer is updated on a regular basis. We work hard to comply with all regulations from TCPA, FTC, FCC, other agencies.
- The system requires human intervention to make each dial;
- it does not dial on its own.
- The system cannot store or produce telephone numbers using a random or sequential number generator.
- The system can only make 1 (one) phone call at a time.
- The user is on the phone line live with each number being dialed.
- The system has no ability to send a text or SMS.

NATIONAL DNC REGISTRY
When Espresso Agent adds the leads/phone numbers to the customer’s account, they are cross-referenced to the National DNC registry and labeled “DNC” the first time they are uploaded to the customer’s account.
Each time the customer uses the dialer, they must choose whether to include or exclude numbers on the National DNC registry, based on the intent of their call.

2. CRM COMPLIANCE - Espresso Agent CRM is updated on a regular basis in order to comply with all regulations.
Here are some examples:
EMAIL - CAN-SPAM ACT
- Each time a customer imports their data, they are reminded of the various guidelines and regulations and must agree to the terms.
- The customer is prompted to flag a contact that has ‘opted-in’ to their email list. Anyone that has not opted in will be excluded from email campaigns.
- Each time the customer exports data, they are reminded of the guidelines and must agree to them before exporting contacts.
